    My name is Taylor Knight, and I’m honored to lead the Movement Pillar here at ATLVets.

    I’m the founder of DT Corporate Wellness, where we help individuals and organizations improve their health, performance, and overall quality of life through fitness, nutrition, sustainable habits and community.

    Movement has always been more than just working out to me. It is one of the highest forms of COMMITMENT to being a better self, teammate, partner, friend, spouse, battle buddy, and so much more. I don’t use movement as a motivator, but rather as a form of DISCIPLINE to keep me on track in my day-to-day routine (a form of sanity, if you will). Movement allows us to create a better self, environment, confidence, resilience, and a space of safety, both mentally and physically. It’s one of the most powerful ways I show up as my best self every day. It’s also something that translates directly from military life into everyday life.

    At ATLVets, the Movement Pillar exists to help you:

    • Stay consistent when structure isn’t forced anymore

    • Build strength physically and mentally

    • Create routines that support your life, career, and family

    • Use fitness as a tool; not a chore

    Each week, I’ll be dropping:

    • Simple, effective workouts (with minimal equipment needed)

    • Tips to help you stay consistent

    • Challenges to keep things fun and engaging

    • Real strategies to build routines that actually stick

    This is a place where we meet you where you’re at and elevate, as long as you’re WILLING to get better.

    WE ARE A HAND UP, NOT A HAND OUT.

    I am so excited to keep going with you each and every day!

    I will go first: I love exercise in the morning before the rest of the world is awake. I also love ACTIVE community events with ATLVets, such as our Sweat w/ a Vet, Stretch w/ a Vet, Spartan Races, runs, and hikes as a community to bring everyone together in a place where camaraderie, confidence, and community are built, TOGETHER!
