Atlanta Speaker Series – Challenges in Leadership, Workforce Development, Retention, and Talent Acquisition

Calling all business leaders, manufacturing leaders, and military/veteran leaders in the business space. The focus of this event will be on addressing the common challenges in leadership, workforce development, retention, and talent acquisition—critical topics for both the military and manufacturing industries.
We’ve secured some outstanding speakers, including Jim Ross, a sales executive at Daniel Defense, Georgia’s largest arms manufacturer. Jim is also an ex-Ranger Battalion member, bringing a unique perspective from both military and business leadership. Additionally, we have Patrick Lenz, the COO of Toyo Tires, who is an ex-Army leader known for his hands-on approach in supporting frontline workers. Both will be sharing the strategies their organizations are using to tackle these challenges to achieve outstanding results. Given the overlap in the challenges faced by the military and manufacturing sectors, this event will offer valuable insights to the attendees into how we can enhance our operations and build stronger, more effective teams.Â
