AMP 103 is for experienced supervisors ready to own the system, not just the shift. This manager-level course elevates your OSHA knowledge from floor enforcement to program ownership — regulatory compliance, audit readiness, recordkeeping, and the documentation that keeps an operation legally sound and inspection-ready. The Lean Six Sigma focus shifts from executing improvements to leading them: managing cross-functional projects, coaching supervisors, and building process discipline that scales across teams. You’ll develop the strategic and compliance fluency that separates a strong supervisor from a manager who can run a department. The capstone of the Advanced Manufacturing Pathway leadership progression.
