**Cancelled** Sweat w/ a Vet – New Year New You Workout

Overview:
We’re meeting at Crossfit Resurgens for a team based fitness session!
Schedule:
1. Morning Gathering (10:45 AM): Participants assemble at the gym
2. Scenic Trail Hike (11:00 AM -12:00 PM): We will conduct a light warmup and the partner up in teams, focusing out team building through fitness. This session will be led by our Movement Pillar, Taylor!
Important Details:
– The event is open to wellness enthusiasts of all experience levels
– Comfortable workout attire, sturdy footwear, and plenty of water are strongly recommended.
– The event is free of charge and all we encourage is to bring a friend!
