We’re bringing MOVE With a Vet to Tampa for the very first time—partnering with MOVE GST to deliver a workout experience that’s more than just breaking a sweat. This session is designed to help you become stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your body—while connecting with a community that shares your drive and discipline.

Workout Specifics for 11/15/25
**This is a STRETCH class**
In this class, we will be focusing on mobility drills and a series of stretches that will help open our hips, work our abductors and adductors and use proper and safe techniques to get our flexibility to the next level.
We will use active and passive stretches and work on maintaining alignment while deepening our range of motion gradually. Tools like yoga blocks, bands, weights and stall bars will assist during class with strength and increased mobility.
