Event overview – Please Register with Mission Continues if you plan to Attend
Patchwork Farms is instrumental in the Atlanta urban farm Network not only do they provide training for upcoming Farmers they also provide a space where veterans come out to use their location as a therapy program and youth building programs Patchwork is not a standalone farm the owner is well connected to the city of Atlanta volunteer space This will be a great opportunity for us to re-establish a Network and build footprint and the urban farm community and also a site where we can continually monitor the development of the programs Patchwork farms is located directly in the heart of a community in Oakland City in the middle of a residential neighborhood, all all individuals that live there directly benefit from Plant now and harvest on earth day it will be a wonderful adventure (in the state of Georgia, it is better to plant and build when it’s cool and cold outside. We don’t start gathering until the weather gets warmer. )
