Mindset Pillar Lead - KC Sullivan

KC Sullivan - advancing the line for veterans
The nuanced work that I do is easy to dismiss at first glance, yet with mindset and confidence being the foundation of self-image, powerfully paired with the knowledge of executive presence and personal presentation it can be one of the biggest allies in an individual’s success in their next chapter.

Challenging transitions, unexpected life occurrences, and even instances of imposter syndrome knows no bounds, these situations do not discriminate on gender, ethnicity, nor on previous success or perceived lack. Just as in the job force, the entrepreneurial world, and corporate giants, our first responders, veterans, their spouses and even the active duty elite can be faced with these scenarios and struggles.

Over the years I have had the privilege to work with  military, first responders, veterans and retirees as well as spouses. Working with individual firefighters, Marines, Army, Airforce, and beyond, my work has spanned the gamut from one-time tasks to months of 1:1 work. I’ve worked with spouses getting ready for Military galas, or preparing wardrobes for a move across the world for a deployment. I’ve sourced and prepped outfits for men and women for meetings with government and foreign officials and dignitaries. I have also been honored to do months of mindset and personal presence rehabilitation as a veteran (or spouse) transitions to an unfamiliar body after a major medical surgery, or career transition; being able to find purpose and confidence beyond the uniform they have so proudly served in for so long.
