The ATLVets Senior Leader Track exists to develop and deploy veteran entrepreneurs—either to scale their own company or to step into ownership through a vetted acquisition opportunity with Patriot Growth Capital (PGC). The mission is simple: convert leadership experience into disciplined business execution, ownership readiness, and long-term wealth creation.

The Senior Leader Track is ATLVets’ entrepreneurship-exclusive cohort for founders, business builders, and veterans preparing for business ownership through acquisition. Whether you’re growing a company from the ground up or pursuing a direct placement as an owner/operator in a PGC acquisition, this track provides the structure, mentorship, and accountability needed to operate at the executive level.

Members receive targeted business development support, access to a high-caliber peer cohort, and mentorship from experienced operators and industry leaders who know how to build, buy, and scale.

I’m an entrepreneur built through iterations, not instant success. My journey hasn’t been a straight line—it’s been shaped by learning in public, taking calculated risks, and refining my approach through real wins, real setbacks, and the discipline to keep moving forward. Over time, I’ve evolved from executing ideas to building systems, leading teams, and developing programs that help veterans and high-performing leaders step into business ownership and long-term impact. I believe entrepreneurship isn’t a moment—it’s a continuous process of growth, adaptation, and accountability.

That’s why I built this program; I needed it when I was medically retired and couldn’t find it. Now here is is.
