Raised in the Army\, Ms. Cox is the daughter of a soldier and the mother of a sailor who has spent the bulk of her career supporting the warfighter. She joined Tunnel to Towers Foundation in April of 2023 as the Associate Vice President for Development and Government Affairs where she advocates for the dignity and security of veterans across the country who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Ms. Cox began her career in business development for physical and cyber security for companies like SAIC and ManTech. She attempted to retire and moved to Utah in 2013. While in Utah\, she realized retirement was not in her DNA and developed a robust consultancy in physical and cyber security\, business process and organization\, federal and state political strategy\, communications\, and campaign management. Eager to rejoin to the mission of warfighter support\, she moved back to the Washington\, DC\, area in 2022 where she returned to SAIC as the Communications Officer for the Chief Data Officer for a federal agency before accepting her current position at the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
